The World of Korean Classical Music awarded the 2010

Seoul, Korea – on the 27th, The World of Korean Classical Music, the news magazine of the National Center for Korean Traditional Performing Arts, was awarded the grand prize at the 2010 International Business Awards, held at the Ritz Carlton in Istanbul, Turkey.

Along with grand prize victory in the category of Communications or PR Campaign of the Year, the magazine also received the award for social awareness as a magazine that promotes social service among companies, government agencies, and organizations.

Over 1700 projects from 40 countries all over the world were on display at the 2010 International Business Awards, which was held for the first time this year. Along with The World of Korean Classical Music, Korea took home 25 grand prizes and 23 main prizes, ranking second among all winners.

The World of Korean Classical Music was first released by Chun Kang Ho on January 2006 and has been delivering various news and stories about the almost forgotten value of traditional Korean music and dance.
