Every individual is different in how tired they feel, but when the syndrome gets severe, people become incapable of carrying on with their daily lives.
If you can’t focus, feel depressed, become forgetful, can’t digest well, or if your body feels tired or painful, you might be suffering from chronic fatigue syndrome.
Mental illness like depression and insomnia, bad side effects from medication, and obesity can cause chronic fatigue syndrome. Given the fact there are many reasons behind the syndrome, some people can recover from it faster than others. People are likely to recuperate faster if they are younger or healthier in general. Yet, reports show that the syndrome can recur.
Obesity is one of the causes of chronic fatigue syndrome and you must change your habits if you want to prevent the syndrome and obesity in your abdomen.
It is good to avoid alcohol, cigarettes and caffeine. They can negatively affect central nerves and it adds fatigue to patients.
It is important to avoid spicy and fast food and eat lots of vegetables. Along with the improvement of your eating habits, you also need do cardio exercises like walking, biking or swimming. It is ideal to work out for more than 30 minutes every day, but if you are suffering from the syndrome, it is better not to exhaust your body too much. It can cause more severe fatigue, thus it is important to balance out your exercising schedule.

Girls’ Generation.
As a representative hit songwriter who gave birth to Lee Hyo-ri’s “U-Go-Girl” and Girls’ Generation “Gee,” E-TRIBE recently set out as a producer-maker through Dalshabet. The “idol” group that he picked as the best is Girls’ Generation.

Seoul, Korea — Girl group JQT is attracting attention by joining the competition to see who looks best without makeup.
The pictures revealed on the 15th on Twitter are of the members Ji Eun, Min Sun, and Ga Jin without any make-up, taken just before bed. The reason for revealing picture of their unmade-up faces is to earn special favors in their living quarters.
